“I purchased a pair of Clark's shoes from Begg Shoeshop Peterhead. I selected a pair in my normal size but realised when I tried them on at home they were somewhat loose. On returning them to the store I was advised that a similar pair a half size smaller was produced but unfortunately not in stock at Peterhead. The assistant said "Not to worry we will have the smaller size delivered to your door in the next 2/3 days" This is what happened, an excellent service.”

“The shoes are amazing, fit so well and it was a good test walking over 15000 steps per day in Rome. They were delivered really promptly and even had a lovely, personal handwritten note in the box! Would totally recommend this company!”

“I have just taken delivery of my Legero Tanaro Stitch 2 Trainers and I’m so pleased I chose these, I’m thrilled to bits with them. As soon as I put them on the fit and comfort Ifelt was superb, I always have a great deal of problems with any footwear either rubbing or cutting into my feet at some point, none of that with this beautiful footwear. Thank you also for the lovely inclosed note it’s so refreshing these days for a Business to really care for its customers. I highly recommend and will definitely be back for more in the future. “Order trainers online, arrived very quick through the post. Unfortunately, they were not suitable. Went to a store 16 miles away, where I tried on a few different styles to see what was best. Friendly, helpful staff, not at all pushy. Exchanged in store for another pair. Very happy with service.”

“I was looking for a pair of suede court shoes for a wedding and found the staff at Begg Shoes to be friendly, helpful and attentive. They keep a good range of styles and we're not deterred by the fact I required a size 7.5 -8 shoe. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. I found a court shoe that I liked and as the size was not in stock, the assistant went on to their website to find out if the size required was stocked in any of their other branches, which it was, and I got my shoes a few days later to collect instore.”

“Those shoes are amazingly comfortable and cute! I got them 2 weeks after I placed my order and it was really fast for international delivery. I will definitely visit this store again and I am sure I will be very comfortable on my overseas trip in summer wearing my new Rieker shoes! Thank you!”

Hello Eve Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and I am sorry that you are still waiting for your order to arrive. I have checked the status of your order and I can see that we shipped your parcel on the 8th of March and your parcel left the UK on the 14th of March. We usually expect parcels going to Australia to arrive within 14 working days from dispatch but occasionally we see some delays beyond this. The only Royal Mail shipping service available to Australia is International Signed, which does not provide tracking updates once the parcel has left the UK. I am confident that your parcel will be with you soon so that you can enjoy your new shoes. If you are still waiting for your parcel to arrive by the 19th of April (30 working days after dispatch) please do get in touch and we can initiate our Lost Parcel procedure.
