Hello Cynthia Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and I am sorry to hear that it took a little longer than usual for the boots to reach you. I see that your parcel was shipped from the North of Scotland, UK on 23rd December and it arrived with you today. There were three bank holidays since your order was placed which means that there was no Royal Mail services on those three days. The festive season also sees in increase in parcels being posted too which may have been why delivery services are taking a little longer to arrive. I was disappointed to discover that the shoe style that attracted me was not available in a wide fitting but I am getting used to what I have received. Apart from the fact that the "young lassie" hadn't a clue about how to lace up a shoe the service was attentive and OK. Please convey my greetings to old Andrew whom I assume is no longer shooting ?

I find it very difficult to get a size 3 at Begg Shoes. The Tamaris boots were FAR too big as a 36 . I had to return them. They felt at least like a4 and a half. As far as I used to know 35 was a size 3!

Begg Shoes was great with shipping in a timely manner and shipping costs was reasonable. The description of the shoe I ordered didn’t say they were suede. Just said they were blue. The other colours in the description said suede so I though these weren’t. I’m deciding whether to keep or return.

I have looked at the shoes you ordered and there is a reference to suede in the description, though not in the colour name itself. I appreciate that this may cause confusion and I have now changed the colour name to Navy Suede to more accurately reflect the upper material. I placed my order on August 2 and have not received it yet Today is August 23. I live in Colorado, USA. Now that is has been released by customs, I have no way of tracking it - to learn when it will arrive. The order number is 103448. I would appreciate any information regarding its whereabouts. Local store did not have my size a very average size 6- they ordered a pair in especially but they were not comfortable. Not stores fault they did not fit but it would have saved days of looking and waiting if the shoes had been in local store. Not the first time the store has not had my size!

Ordered and paid for these on-line. I had been looking at them for a couple of weeks. I waited for confirmation they had been dispatched but instead received an email saying Begg Shoes could not fulfil the order and I would be refunded which I was. However on checking their website the shoes were still being advertised although no sizes appeared to be available by this time. I can only assume the stock control was wrong and they did not have the shoes I had ordered. Quite disappointed.

Hello Lilias Sorry to hear of your order being unable to fulfill. I have looked your order up and this was a stocking error, which I am very sorry this has happened to you. The last pair were sold just before you had place the order and our systems hadn't taken it out of stock in time to update on the website. Unfortunately we're out of stock for this style now, and i have taken the product page off the website so there's no confusion for other customers. I hope you can find an alternative on our website. I am in Ireland and 5 days after placing the order I had to cancel as the shoes had not yet been dispatched and they were needed before the next 5 working days were up. Order was cancelled without issue and the person I dealt with was very apologetic and helpful. Slow dispatch time needs assessing though.

THe online web site was easy to work with. The shoebox arrived very beat up....That would not have been any big deal but when I had to return the shoes I was concerned that I would be "charged" for the box damage. I hope I haven't

Really nice boots but looked wider in the photos, no detail of opening width in description and were way too narrow. Sent back but the returns advice from Australia is worse than useless on the website, no returns form?! Contacted info for help with this and they just redirected me back to the website advice. Have sent back with a handwritten explanation, no idea whether I’ll get a refund, and cost me over $40 to return to UK. Expensive mistake and wouldn’t order again from this company online.
