“Starting from the website, easy to use and find what you are looking for so spot on 😁 Ordering process was easy and delivery as requested and on time so again brilliant. Shoes were carefully packed and had a handwritten note inside which I think is a great touch. 10 out of 10 from me in all aspects. Thank you 😊 it was a breath of fresh air to deal with your company and I will definitely use you again.”

“I really like the look of the shoes, they are quite light as shoes goes and comfortable. The leather is quite nice and soft and it seems to fit nicely with my bonien on my right foot. Something that I don’t find good about the shoes is that it doesn’t have much of support on the hill. Which it doesn’t help when you have a 10 hours shift on your feet.”

As you say, the leather is very soft which offers great comfort however for longer shifts these shoes may not offer the support you need. “Just bought myself a pair of Gabor pumps. Looked at numerous sites and eventually managed to source a pair from Begg Shoes. Very impressed by the prompt service. Would definitely recommend the shop and I’ll also be looking to purchase more shoes. I have a size 42 and find it difficult to get shoes in my size and in stock.”

“Great, easy to navigate website. You can check stock availability at your nearest store or order on line. I like the range of footwear Beggs stock; good quality brands at affordable prices. There's a loyalty scheme too. The customer service is always great. In the past I've ordered online and there's always a hand written thank you note in my parcel, which is a lovely personal touch. I've asked my local shop to get a particular pair in for me, and there's no obligation to buy. They're happy to help. If you order on line and need to return something you have the option to return to your local store FOC. There is also a printed return label available for returns by post which is convenient (£3 is deducted from your refund. Very reasonable). It's a good all round experience and knowing I'm supporting a small business means I can indulge my passion for footwear guilt free!”
