“Had bought a lovely pair of shoes, for my daughters wedding, but my feet had swollen due to the heat in June/July. Went to Beggs to try and find an alternative, which they did. Fortunately for myself, I stayed with the original pair of shoes, and went back to see if I could get a refund..... The ladies in the Perth shop, were lovely, and I got my refund without question. While in there, and I bought myself a pair of trainers (which I love wearing) and my husband managed to find himself a pair of shoes also. My trainers had to be sent to my house, but arrived within days of ordering. Very impressed with personal service in the Perth shop and the very nice personal touch through the delivery service. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family. Well done to you all.”

“Fantastic service Ordered Birkenstock slippers for my husband on the Tuesday and they arrived Friday at lunchtime. Unfortunately they were too large so ordered smaller size that day and they arrived lunchtime on the Monday. Loved the personal little note in each delivery. Really prompt personal service.
