“Each time I have ordered something from Begg Shoes I have received a very good service. The order has been received, despatched and delivered quickly and efficiently with emails sent at each stage of the process. I am particularly fond of Remonte shoes and Begg Shoes always have a selection of these at reasonable prices.”

“I bought a pair of shoes a little while ago which were very good qualty, delivered quickly and looked great The problem was that I have a very wide foot and high instep . I think eventually these knitted type shoes would have stretched enough with wear to accomodate my feet but I had to return them because the heel area was very hard and narrow which was uncomfortable and I don't think it would have stretched or softened . I would have loved to have kept these shoes but had to return.I received a no quibble refund and as such I will order from Beggs in the future .”

“I live in Australia and regularly order my Legero shoes from Begg. I have also visited their stores in Inverness and shopped personally. Their service is exceptional and my shoes always arrive within a week of ordering. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would not buy shoes online through anyone else as I know that if I do have an issue it is promptly fixed.”
