“Begg’s have such lovely shoes and boots! I like ones with colour rather than black and they always have a great range. Staff are helpful and if they don’t have your size they order and deliver for free.”

“I ordered some slippers in a colour I had been unable to find anywhere else. My order was dealt with the same day & arrived within 2 days. Beautifully packed with a personal message inside. I am so pleased with this service & a lot of companies could learn a lot from them. Definitely will order again. Thankyou Begg Shoes x”

“Any orders I place ,I do by telephone because your staff are so helpful and friendly. This type of service is becoming increasingly rare, you should be proud of them. The personal notes written by staff members included in packages, while it could be seen as a public relations exercise, I give it a bit more value than that, I think it's quite nice!”
