“Clear, customer-friendly web site, prompt order processing and quick delivery. I decided that my initial order was not right for me and Begg's processed the return quickly. The replacement shoes came within a few days and I am very pleased indeed. It is a pleasure to buy online from Begg Shoes! I nearly forgot - the red transit bag and the personal greeting card made me smile!”

“The size and style of boot I wanted was unavailable inshore and elsewhere online. My local Begg shoe shop in Market Harborough couldn't have been more helpful. The staff were knowledgeable and found me a pair of the boots in their shop in Peterhead. These were shipped down to Market Harborough where I collected them. Very happy with my purchase and the care and attention I received, both in store and from Peterhead. Highly recommended, thank you!”

“I was wearing an older Ricostatex brown suede boot - and decided to buy the black suede Ricostatex boots that were in stock (thankfully) with Beggs Shoes. Excellent service and arrived safely. Ordered online. Will keep a look out for the Ricostatex autumn stock.”

“Always a pleasure to visit this shop. Manageress Amarie and all her staff are brilliant. They go out of their way to ensure you leave the shop satisfied Always a great selection and the staff have no problem in ensuring you try everything that toy are interested in,. I had a slight problem last week and Joan was brilliant it correcting my problems, well done to all the staff and a great choice of goods.”

“Buy all my footwear from Beggs on line as their customer care is outstanding. A personal note in each parcel often with a smiley face and on this occasion a phone call to let me know one of the pair was faded and did I still want them. Begg stocks great brands and make my experience personal , thoughtful and caring. You don't get this kind of service much nowadays. What's not to like!”
