“The service is first class on every visit from the staff. I always find that nothing is a problem only me trying to choose 😊 from many different kinds. The staff are so accommodating especially when I had surgery to my feet recently 😊”

“Elgin staff couldn't be more helpful. Stock, unfortunately was limited. Couldn't decide on size of shoe but since no 9's was allowed to take the 8 1/2 to try at home. Found 9 on line, ordered it, bought it and returned 8 1/2 to shop. Could all have been avoided if there had been more stock. Search on net showed there was enough stock in other shops. Maybe you could spread stock around better.However, happy with shoes and will shop here again. Looking at remainder of survey it's clear Begg's are geared up for internet purchases. Had I realised this I might not have gone in-store.”

“Comfortable, warm, stylish and waterproof. The service in the shop in Elgin was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the preferred colour was not in stock but it was ordered and delivered to my home address It was great to be able to try on different styles and sizes in the shop and not just to order online. Thank you Begg.”

“Probably not your fault but needs to be said that the only mail company I'm having problem with these days are royal mail. They are entirely useless. I'd switch delivery companies if you want to maintain any standards. 2 weeks it was in transit before finally saying item lost. Try harder”

Your order was dispatched promptly from us, but unfortunately, the delay and loss occurred while it was with the courier, which is understandably beyond our direct control. As soon as you let us know the parcel hadn’t arrived, we processed a full refund without delay. We also offered alternative styles and product advice once the original boots were no longer available, as we’re always keen to help customers find a suitable replacement where possible.
