“They emailed that new stock had arrived and I saw that they had the style I was wanting to replace. Ordered online and it arrived almost by return of post. Good quality product, prompt service.”

“Ordered shoes from here for my Nan and they have a great selection. Unfortunately the shoes that we did purchase were not suitable (to no fault of Begg shoes) but the customer service team at Begg shoes were very kind and helped us throughout the whole process and were more than happy to offer an exchange or refund with no hassle or fuss. Very friendly team who always add a hand written thank you note in the parcel for you, and Post Office collection for returns is super convenient, especially as my Nan can get out much nowadays between my work hours.”
