“Ordered 2 pairs of Legero ladies' Goretex ankle boots in Size 9. I like Legero shoes, but not many retailers sell size 9, so it's great to find a shop with a decent choice, of both colour and style. The boots arrived quickly and were very nicely packed, with a hand-written note from the packer, which made the purchase feel a bit special. I'm very pleased to support UK businesses and family-run ones at that.”

“Until recently, I hadn't heard of Begg Shoes. The website was easy to navigate and I was buying on behalf of my brother who is visually impaired. I wouldn't normally buy footwear on line but it was perfect. The shies fitted well and appear to be very comfortable so thanks very much as it made my life a lot easier.”

“I needed to replace my well worn Sketchers slippers and there were none available in my size on their website. I looked elsewhere on the internet and found the slippers on Begg Shoes website. My order arrived quickly and I guess it's obvious that the slippers are perfect for me as I'd had them before. Thank you.”

Hello, Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m sorry to hear that the shoes you ordered were unavailable. We strive to keep our online inventory updated, but occasional discrepancies can occur. Our policy is to process refunds within 5 working days. I have checked your order and see that it was placed at 11pm on the 12th of August, and we informed you of the stock discrepancy on the 13th of August. The refund was processed by us on the 15th of August. Thereafter, it is dependent on the bank's clearing process how long it takes for the refund to clear into the recipient's account.
