“Comfortable, warm, stylish and waterproof. The service in the shop in Elgin was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the preferred colour was not in stock but it was ordered and delivered to my home address It was great to be able to try on different styles and sizes in the shop and not just to order online. Thank you Begg.”

“Probably not your fault but needs to be said that the only mail company I'm having problem with these days are royal mail. They are entirely useless. I'd switch delivery companies if you want to maintain any standards. 2 weeks it was in transit before finally saying item lost. Try harder”

Dear Tom, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re genuinely sorry for the frustration caused by Royal Mail losing your parcel, and we completely understand how disappointing this is. Your order was dispatched promptly from us, but unfortunately, the delay and loss occurred while it was with the courier, which is understandably beyond our direct control. As soon as you let us know the parcel hadn’t arrived, we processed a full refund without delay. We also offered alternative styles and product advice once the original boots were no longer available, as we’re always keen to help customers find a suitable replacement where possible.
