“Placed order online, was delvd within time quoted. Shoes were lovely but my feet are now like the rest of me-got bigger and wider with age lol, will call in person to the shop after the hols (will check stock online first)as larger sizes are out of stock at the nearest shop for now. Refund was raised immediately when shoes returned (thank goodness for enclosed printed returns label too).”

“I recently phoned for advice on my intended purchase of Legero winter boots. My call was returned very quickly by Susan who answered questions, made suggestions and put through my order. Delivery was as speedy as usual. Sadly the boots were not quite right for me but the return was straightforward and my refund was dealt with promptly which makes an enormous difference when not purchasing in person.”

“I buy all my shoes at Beggs. Found my ara boots in Inverness, while visiting, they were available in red in Elgin?, so they sent them up to Orkney for me! Also realised there were 2 branches in Inverness!”

“Elgin staff couldn't be more helpful. Stock, unfortunately was limited. Couldn't decide on size of shoe but since no 9's was allowed to take the 8 1/2 to try at home. Found 9 on line, ordered it, bought it and returned 8 1/2 to shop. Could all have been avoided if there had been more stock. Search on net showed there was enough stock in other shops. Maybe you could spread stock around better. However, happy with shoes and will shop here again. Looking at remainder of survey it's clear Begg's are geared up for internet purchases. Had I realised this I might not have gone in-store.”
