“Ordered a pair of sandals from Begg recently. I received them after 3 days, with a wee note of thanks and return instructions with a label if required. I love the sandals so I am keeping them, but love how straightforward it would have been to reurn tbem if necessary. Will definately order from Beggs again. Thank you”

“This was my 2nd online purchase from Begg and again the service was exemplary. The first time the company rang me because the shoes I ordered had a slight mark and they even sent photos and offered a discount! 2nd purchase just a week ago sketchers trainers and again arrived so quickly. Also in both cases a handwritten note was enclosed hoping I enjoyed my purchases, which of course I do. Thank you for your customer service many companies could learn from you.”
