“Very helpful and friendly service. It's sad news that our local shoe shop in Shetland are closing. Due to staff shortages seems to be the same in any job now. Sad times. It is a very popular shop.”

“I found the service excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. In the end, I had to return the shoes because they had a fault and every pair you had in that colour and size had the same fault! Would certainly return because of the way you handled the difficulty. Thank you.”
