“I visited the shop whilst on a brief visit to Lerwick. Such a class traditional shoe shop which had a great variety of shoes. The lady who served me was so lovely and couldn't do enough to help. I decided on a short pair of boots, but the other, sparkly, pair I wanted wasn't in stock for my size. The lady instantly said she could order them for me and postage was free! This was on Thursday afternoon. They arrived at my home on the Isle of Wight on Monday morning. That's what I call amazing service! Beautiful boots too!!”

“I have been buying several pairs of leggero shoes which I wear all the time as they are the most comfortable shoes I ever had from you over the last few years and have been totally satisfied with the service you provide. your efficiency, quick service and your personal touch are equal to none and I could not buy shoes from anywhere else. You are doing a great job.”

“Unfortunately the shoes I ordered didn't fit me, but the service I recieved was excellent The shoes were delivered very quickly, and although I had to return them I was reimbursed immediately with no problem. I would certainly buy fro Beggs again”

“I never normally use a company I have never heard of but they were the only place I could get the boots I wanted, so I checked reviews and all were good. I am really glad I did as boots came within a few days with a hand written note saying hope I liked them and that they fit. I love them. I will definitely use begg shoes again and would definitely recommend”

“Amazing service from Nikki in your Inverness store. I phoned with a number of questions about a pair of boots which she went out of her way to answer. Within half an hour of ordering my package had been dispatched and the following morning my beautiful boots arrived - with a lovely handwritten note from Nikki! Exceptional and friendly service.
