“Was given a £100 voucher as a birthday gift. Unfortunately these came as 2 vouchers. Normally this would not have made any difference but with Begg shoes it does. Beware, you can only use one gift voucher at a time. This was very disappointing and frankly quite ridiculous. It means that I have to make 2 purchases rather than 1. When I called to check if this was correct, the assistant was unhelpful- wouldn’t recommend”

You’re right - our policy currently allows one gift voucher to be used per order, which can be frustrating when two were issued. “My new Rieker boots were ordered on Friday and delivered on Monday, from one end of the country to the other, amazing service. Lovely quality footwear with comfort assured. My old Riekers are still serviceable after 8 years so they can gracefully retire. Begg Shoes are an outstanding company. Thank you for the note Pauline, a lovely touch.”

“Only Clark stockist in town. Ordered a new spare pair of work shoes, Rockie Gor Tex, as had just started to wear my last spare pair. Got word they were in stock within a couple of days, collected nex time I passed by. No hassle, just a couple of friendly ladies with smilely faces to serve me. I'll be back in a few months for another pair.”

“Very good customer service from my initial telephone call to receiving the shoes I ordered . This was all done on line and by phone. Prompt execution of order and delivery. The shoes were just as expected and fit well. Very efficient service as I was unable to visit one of the shops in person.”
