“I bought a pair of Skechers slip on sandals online and they fit perfectly! I’ve never bought shoes online before so I was a bit wary but I was pleasantly surprised!”

“Paid £8 for next day delivery before 1pm. They arrived 4 days later while I was on holiday without them! complete waste of time and money. I wrote to them immediatley and received no reply!.”

Dear Kelly, We’re very sorry to hear you were disappointed with your delivery experience. Your order was placed during a bank holiday weekend, which meant Royal Mail couldn’t collect parcels on the Monday. As a result, your order was dispatched on Tuesday and delivery was attempted on Wednesday, in line with their service timescales. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been not to have your shoes in time for your holiday. We did reply to your email with a full explanation and our apologies, but we’re sorry if this wasn’t received. “In my later life, it's essential that shoes should break in quickly. I chose a pair of trainers by ECCO. The 9 1/2" was a little tight across the toes so a pair of 10" was delivered quickly. They fitted straight away from day one. I'm delighted with the trainers.”

“I grew up with Begg's and I can remember going to their Fraserburgh store where my mother would take me to get fitted. Needless to say my own children also benefitted from being fitted out at Begg's and, although their Fraserburgh store has sadly closed, I continue to shop at their other stores to this day. They have lots of different styles and brands to choose from and if you shop there regularly, you now get the added benefit of their loyalty scheme. Their website allows you to check stock at any of their stores where you can click and collect or have it delivered to your home whichever is convenient.”

“Having purchased my first pair of Legero shoes a few years ago from a local Glasgow shoe shop which is no longer there, I was disappointed, but was delighted to find an independent Scottish company stocking this brand of comfortable casual shoes with a wide range of colours and have subsequently ordered several pairs over the last 6+ years. The service is excellent with a prompt turnaround between placing the order and subsequent delivery by Royal Mail, and also there's a loyalty scheme.”
