“Ordered online on a Sunday and received in Surrey on Wednesday - can't beat that! Exactly as ordered, well packed and a nice little personal handwritten note inside with a smiley face thanking me for my order! Nice to know that you are dealing with a human being [in this case 'Susan'!] When you take into account delivery and [possible] return charges, Begg's are no more expensive than Sports Direct and the like.”

Despite only being only a family business they have all the stock you could possibly need at a reasonable price and delivered on time. What more could you possibly want when buying online.”

“Found Begg shoes on a Google search for a particular childrens shoe I was looking for - we are not local and I've never heard of them However I would definitely order from them again - quick despatch, good updates/communication, and a lovely little personal note in the delivery. “Thank you for brilliant service over the inyernet, so polite and helpful! I am a narrow fitting and was an AA but now need orthotics so all a bit difficult. I had been looking for the Ricosta boots in brown as I know they fit and you found a pair! Brilliant service and quick delivery. “The Inverurie assistants are so friendly & helpful & couldn’t do enough for me! They ordered the shoe I chose from one of their other branches in my size . The parcel took about 3 days to arrive & came all the way from their Kirkwall branch! A lovely wee note was handwritten inside , thanking me for my order ,by a lady up there! Such a lovely touch! This is why I give my custom to Begg’s ! ❤️🐾🐾❤️”
