“I placed an order last Tuesday when I received an email about a promise of delivery by the weekend. But now I’m told I won’t receive my orders until next week.”

“Half of the order arrived but 4 of the beers had been substituted, filled the online form on Thursday and had no reply then emailed on Friday and received an automatic reply but it’s now Tuesday evening and still no reply. The other half of the order was damaged in transit (not beer hunters fault) but I know they received it back on Friday morning but I have not Been contacted as to when it will be sent out. So I have a box of beer I can’t touch because it might all have to be sent back and another box which I have no idea if or when I will receive it.”

“Will not use again , due to very poor and unreliable carrier . Purchased the beer for some friends paid for next day delivery , the delivery actually took 4 days after we had contacted the carrier twice .”

“I bought the Best Dad beer craft set and it arrived in a fab box with a great selection of beers to choose from. They had included the wrong beer glass, however this was soon rectified and the correct one sent out. Customer services were easy to get hold of and item was received really quickly making for an excellent birthday gift. Would. Highly recommend”

“Order was days later than led to believe at time of order. Order arrived with missing items! No reply to email. No answer on the phone for the last 2 days - just a standard impersonal "no one is available to take your call" after only 1 ring so clearly avoiding calls altogether. I don't want to leave a voicemail - I want to speak to a human. It seems your communication is better on here so that's why I have resorted to this. Really really poor customer service.”
