The customer service was excellent! I live in a more remote area and the team answered all my emails promptly and did all they could to satisfy my worries regarding delivery. My bed duly turned up and I love it! It's a sturdy ottoman bed and does what it says, thank you bed factory will definitely recommend and use again.
