“I purchased the Melissa bunkbeds in pine . The beds were lovely when put together but the only problem i had was that I didn't have any assembly instructions with it . I managed without it and overall i am pleased with what i got and it was value for money , yes i would recommend this product to family & friends.”

“Great bed, delivered quickly. Easy to put together but slow as the main bolts allow less than a quarter turn as there is so limited access for the Allen key.”

“The bed seems to be very good quality and looks great. Delivery was quite quick and the drivers were happy to put it in our room of choice. the only down sides are that the instructions were not very detailed and the product is very heavy.”

“Excellent service from online ordering, phone query regarding delivery and delivery itself. Delivery men were great. Timing and helpfulness great. Packaging slightly damaged and plastic ripped, small marks on upholstery but nothing major. Delivered upstairs. No complaints.”

“Delivery was prompt and as agreed. Building the bed was a challenge as we were provided two of the same part (right side poll) and one missing. We managed (with some difficulty) to drill new holes and make it work as we felt returning the bed would have been too complicated. The bed is lovely and the mattress confortable - we are pleased with the overall purchase.”

“Good value. The divan bed arrived with a broken slider. The broken part was out of sight and would not be used so we didn't take it further. From the web site we were not sure what the colours like Topaz Damask were, perhaps it is there somewhere but we couldn't find it.”
