“Bed I bought was very good value, delivered exactly when I was told it would be and I managed to put it together myself fairly easily with clear instructions, only complaint there were a couple of screws missing which was frustrating but I managed to overcome the problem, although in hindsight I probably should have complained.”

“Everything was perfect but i think if there would be an option that the delivery time would be after 6pm, it would be so perfect because it is pretty hard for a person to take in a bed into his/her flat before 6pm if he or she works full time”

“Good communication very fast delivery and good delivery man. Very good mattress happy with the bed and instructions. The wood staining could be better but overall happy. Will use again thank you”

“The staff at Bed Factory Direct are extremely helpful, and go out of their way to help. The reason the review was not "Very Good" was the third party courier company they used who lied to us about delivery and were not helpful at all. Hopefully the bed factory direct have found new couriers.”

“Delivery was good. The plastic plugs wouldn't fit into the holes when we put the bed together, so all the slats are loose under the mattress (the plugs are resting on top of the holes) but you can't see it. The bed looks good though.”

“Slightly alarmed when beds arrived with no mattress. However after a phone call it was explained that mattresses arrived separately - which it did about 40 minutes later with another carrier. Your telephone operator, Dean Kinsella, with whom I spoke before ordering online was most helpful and bothered to phone back in the afternoon of delivery to make sure I had received both.”

“When the headboard was ordered we had to choose a delivery date covenient to us. The day before we had a phone call to say that the headboard was not in stock now and that stock was expected in a few days. We did get a call to arrange delivery and it was delivered on the rerranged day. We are happy with the headboard”

“Bed and mattress arrived on time with a rather cheery delivery man. Unfor part of the bed was missing which meant it couldn't be assembled until this arrived. Final item arrived as promised & bed assembled with no spare pieces. Lovely.”
