I ordered a bed that I believed to be in stock, I was emailed and called to say it wasn't and it would be up to a week til the bed came in stock which I said was fine. After the week was up I contacted them twice via email asking when I could expect delivery. 2 days later I was called to say the bed was in stock and I would be receiving it on the following Tuesday or Monday if they caught the courier in time. I received a text on the Sunday stating that the bed would be delivered on the Monday, so I took the day off to receive it - it never turned up, it also didn't turn up on the Tuesday either. I emailed them on Tuesday afternoon asking where my bed was and I was told that they didn't understand why I'd had a text as the bed was sitting in their warehouse waiting to be despatched for a Thursday delivery even though they had told me it would be there Monday or Tuesday! I emailed said stated the above and said it was unacceptable to mess us around like this as I had taken time off of work to sign for this bed... they never bothered responding. It took over 2 weeks and 2.5 days of time off of work to receive a bed they said was originally in stock. Customer service was horrendous and even though the bed turned up fine in the end, I wouldn't buy from them again.
