"I first ordered the 30\u201d vault headboard in bracken charcoal but it was much bigger than I expected and not suitable for wall mounting. All it took was an email and a phone call and I was able to exchange it for a 22\u201d wall mounted headboard in the same colour and fabric. The customer service was excellent. The new board was delivered a few days later with no hassle at all, and the unwanted headboard was collected at the same time. Like the divan base I ordered, the headboard is good quality, looks great and even came with the brackets to mount it on the wall. It looks great in my newly decorated bedroom. Bed factory direct really care that you are happy with your purchase !"

I needed a weekend delivery, which they provided. The delivery guys were fantastic, especially as they managed to get all of the boxes up some very narrow stairs.
