“The two chaps that delivered were amazing. They were very pleasant and were able to have a laugh and a joke, yet efficient in their job They carried the bed upstairs for us, which in the past they've refused to do when ordered by another mail order company. I've had a bed from Bed Factory back in the days when you were in Field Lane and was very pleased then. I was only sorry we didn't purchase another from you 7 years back. The bed is wonderful and comfy and supports my back as it's suppose to. It's of good quality at a realistic price. Infact my lodger wouldn't believe me when I told him how much it was. He said pull the other leg. Seems to think it cost me at least £600. All in all I'm very pleased and will be back for another when I require another new bed”
