“WE RECEIVED EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM THE BED FACTORY. OUR ORDER WAS PROCESSED WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS AND WHEN THE BED WAS DELIVERED WE WERE MOST IMPRESSED WITH THE OVERALL QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT. DELIVERY WAS SOON AFTER WE PLACED OUR ORDER AND THE EMPLOYEE WHO DELIVERED THE BED WAS MOST HELPFUL. WE WOULD CERTAINLY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.”

“Excellent service. I had a couple of queries prior to ordering and these were dealt with over the phone totally. I ordered on the Wednesday and was given a delivery slot on the Friday which was brilliant. The delivery arrived on time and I live in a 2nd floor apartment but the bed was delivered to the room required. My purchase was a king size storage ottoman and mattress. It was double wrapped and so in perfect condition. The bed is excellent quality.”

“Ordered two cream leather headboards from the Bed Factory after an extensive internet search. Other places I'd looked at either wanted an extortionate amount of money, or were 'faux' leather but being touted as genuine in the blurb. These headboards were delivered safely - the company even called to apologise that they would take slightly longer than usual because they wanted to ensure their safe transportation, an extension of only a couple of days - and they were delivered in perfect condition. They look fab on the beds. I would highly recommend these products from this company. Very impressed with the quality. Only negative was that I had requested a call an hour before delivery from the driver, and did not receive one, and he turned up whilst I was out. However he apologised for this and a neighbour let him in. He was notified of this on his delivery sheet so this comment has no reflection on the company or the actual products. It was simply an oversight that would not affect my decision to order from them again.”

“Good quality, well made bed with good delivery arrangements. I ordered a 2 drawer single divan that I couldn't get up my loft stairs as it was a single section base unit. I contacted Bed Factory and they were very helpful in helping me swap the bed base for a split unit for no additional charge except delivery which was very fair.... Won't hesitate buying from them in the future.......................”

“I have nothing but praise for this British Company. Staff were so helpful when I wanted both information and advice about different beds . Once ordered my bed was delivered quickly and it is so comfortable .Such a reasonable price as well !”
