My wife was not well and asked the driver for help but he said he is not allowed to move the BBQ inside the property. I rang bbqworld sales team but the women wouldn't even give me the change to talk. I wouldn't recommend bbqworld.co.uk. Very unprofessional people.”

Unfortunately on opening crate the BBQ door was already dented but due to large family gathering and no time to send it back we had to assemble with the dented door. A shame as BBQ is such a nice looking piece of kit and as it’s a Weber product it’s not cheap. We also bought the cover and other accessories which are great”
