“Fantastic. I couldn't have asked for more. I managed to buy my BBQ at their sale price (even though that had ended) which made it by far the lowest price I could find online. Add to that quick responses and helpful conversation around the product through their Live Chat feature. Add to that the fastest pallet delivery I've think I've ever seen (ordered in the afternoon, delivered the next morning). I would happily buy again from these guys. Cant recommend enough. “One corner of the box was worn through and the triangular frame which connects the legs was protruding. Some paint missing from the protruding edge. The BBQ itself is undismayed.
My other small gripe is that based on the fact their delivery statement has warnings of unavoidable delays due to ‘you know what’, I had to contact them to obtain confirmation that my (£15) Saturday delivery would take place.
