“Ordered a Webber bbq costing £220 should have had a thermometer built in to the lid of bbq but it was missing. I’m trying to get this solved but customer service have said they need to go back to Webber rather than just sending out a new one? Not sure if I’ll ever receive it. Quite disappointed with the whole thing.”
