“Customer service from BBQ World was very good, prompt delivery of Broil King Monarch followed and after about 3 hours the BBQ was assembled. The BBQ is generally well-made and robust and all functions work well. However, the aluminium trim and the flame diffusers also in polished aluminium have ultra sharp edges. While these pieces are not handled frequently, it is far too easy to slice your fingers on the cut edges. These really need to be rounded off by emery paper to make them safe. Clearly a manufacturer's failing that should be fixed.”
“Ordered Kamado Joe Big Block lump coal. The item was packaged well and arrived in timely fashion. If only the courier took more of an effort as the package was delivered damaged and with a hole through the bag and the coal broken into smaller pieces and laying in the box.”
