I waited all day for a delivery that never arrived—without any prior communication from BBQ World or the courier. Even before the delivery day, we had no updates and had to chase both the retailer and courier ourselves, a full week after placing the order. On the day of delivery, we received a last-minute notice that it wouldn’t be coming. I lost an entire day waiting at home and had to cancel an appointment—yet there was no apology or compensation offered. The customer service agent was rude and dismissive, with zero interest in resolving the issue. Save yourself the trouble—plenty of other retailers offer better service and respect for their customers' time. Steer clear!”
