“Bought an end of season Weber Genesis II EP-335 gas BBQ, been thinking about it for years and finally took the plunge. It's still on its pallet as I've not yet found the time necessary to assemble it but have to say that first Lucy then Clare in Customer Service deserve a mention as they were great and made the purchase process so much less stressful. It's not everyday you have to manhandle a 90kg pallet delivery from the roadside down a long gravel drive. They were so helpful liaising with TPN to try to arrange a suitable delivery slot when I could enlist some help. Great price and easy purchase experience plus great customer service.”

“I haven’t unpacked the bbq yet as summer is gone. Have had Weber bbq, the same size for 20 years, it’s just worn out so replaced it with the same one, had the charcoal ones for years in motor home too. The best there is in my opinion. This company was very professional, postage was next day I believe. Highly recommended. Thank you.”

“We bought a bbq from bbq World and realised it wasn't the one we originally wanted, so I called them to see if i could upgrade it and I pay the difference, the lady on the phone was so helpful by telling me what I had to do and it was delivered really quickly. Their whole customer service is the best I've ever used, my bbq was a brilliant price compared to other companies and the delivery was excellent. I would definately recommend to my friend and family to use them.”

“My item was despatched very quickly and was due to arrive with me on the Monday. After a week nothing had happened so I contacted BBQ world and they immediately chased my order with DPD (who had lost it) and sent a replacement straight away. Excellent service I would recommend them.”
