“Looking for a gas grill in the UK in December is not easy, but BBQ World made it so - lots of choice, well presented - but most importantly, delivery when promised! Came on a pallet, had to unpack and install on Christmas Eve but was worth it! I’m really happy with the new Char-Broil, it’s a great grill. Should have told me it needs a battery though..”
“Excellent product. Awful delivery arrangements. Incorrectly advertised as next day delivery - took > 7 days to be delivered. Inflexible delivery arrangements, rude delivery staff, delivered on enormous pallett which you have to dispose of yourself. Please change your delivery arrangements.”
