I actually got round to building the BBQ a couple of weeks ago. There was damage to a component from when it was packed at the Weber factory.
On reporting this to BBQ World, their Customer Service department took immediate ownership of the problem. The service to rectify this (replacement part) was organised very quickly and efficiently by BBQ World and the process was very simple and efficient.
From reporting the issue to the arrival of the new part took less than a week.
Overall, I am very impressed and can highly recommend them on both price and customer care.”
