The monolith barbecue itself seemed in good condition but as for BBQ Land- poor customer service. Delivery driver first removed the water proof packaging around the cardboard box during a rain period for the delivery of a ceramic barbecue. Ceramic barbecues cannot get wet on the inside - luckily, I had some tarpaulins to cover the box but this wasn't great. The delivery driver didn't deliver to our garden area or even do roadside delivery. It was dropped in front of our access gate to the side of our house, forcing us to rush to get friends to help move the 150kg container so we could access the back of our house. Roadside would have been far better. When I then assembled the barbecue I noticed one piece of the fire box was chipped and asked for it to be replaced. BBQ Land refused to acknowledge it needed replacing and would only offer a refund for the entire barbecue which is completely unneccasary. They stated if it cracks and falls apart then it could be replaced under warranty but why is it unreasonable to expect a component of a brand new purchase to be replaced if it is chipped and damaged. Just to clarify, this is a component that is packaged as a separate part and could easily be shipped without any issues. Product itself seems well made but I won't be using BBQ Land again and recommend you use anywhere else yourselves.
