“Great service. I wanted the buy the Classic Kamado Joe but was about to go on holiday so i emailed the sales contact and dealt with Richard who said that they could keep my bbq back from delivery until i was back from holiday. All went according to plan and it arrived the day i got back. Already used it every night since.”

“Gas regulator on the Outback Trekker is a piece of rubbish. Wouldn't seal onto the gas bottle. Ended up on our first day of holiday today, driving around trying to find a gas supplier to check the gas bottle and turned out to be a cheap regulator. Have had to buy another regulator. Don't buy, parts are cheap.”
