“Excellent price on ooni pizza oven and accessories. I made an error on my order and needed to change. Customer service brilliant. They changed my order without question and sent me a prompt refund on the difference . Efficient and quick delivery. My purchase is a gift and has not yet been given or user, but I would not hesitate to order from bowl and again.”

This order was despatched within 24 hours of receipt. DHL were unable to effect delivery, having tried twice. The goods were returned to us, and a refund was processed.

“Very happy with purchase of ooni koda 12. Ordered via website that is clear and easy to navigate. The current offer meant it was the best price I could find anywhere for the ooni. Delivery was very quick and had no issues with the company so far. Haven't needed customer service and hopefully won't need to.”

“My order (Pit Boss Pro Pellet Grill and cover) arrived within a short time and in good condition. The item was well packed, and secured on a palette. As promised as part of the deal, the generous portions of meat, wood pellets, and BBQ sauce etc. arrived in good condition albeit the freezer bags were (understandably) thawed out; the only thing I would suggest is maybe advising the customer if the meat can be frozen or must be consumed - labels on the meat had been smudged due to the thawing of the bags. This may be mentioned elsewhere and I have missed it. Overall I was very impressed with BBQLAND and the service provided. Thank you.”
