“Excellent customer service and quality products. Been waiting for a deal on the Gravity 1050 to come up. This was the only place with the deal. Great to deal with. Incorrect cover initially sent but they were quick to dispatch a replacement. Highly recommended.”

We spoke to this customer on the telephone, and checked the photographs of the item that the customer received. We were unable to distinguish any problem with the item, but did offer the customer a full refund if the Cap was returned to us. The customer declined this opportunity to return and accept a refund.

“I really liked it here, didn't know it existed until 24 hours before I got there. So much good stuff, I like the layout it was clean and tidy and everything was layed out nicely. The staff were friendly and helpful, if I never need any other outdoor cooking equipment I'll go straight here, just feels like it's better than shopping online.”

“I ordered a Traeger smoker after seeing them in action at a friend's in the U.S. came within a few days of ordering, there was a dent in the hood during shipping but straight away I had a response and a replacement sent. Really good customer service and will be purchasing more items !”
