“Very helpful people, although in lockdown were able to answer all my questions & worries. Delivery was as & when they said it would be. I recommend them if you want a BBQ. Looking forward to a brand new eating experience.”

“I ordered a Kamado Jo 3 from these guys. Really impressed by quick responses, great price, good accessory options and a delivery date on my Birthday! I was even more impressed by the great customer service that came next. The Kamado Jo was unfortunately cracked. After a quick phone call and sending a few photos there was a no quibble replacement sent as soon as feasibly possible. Very civilised, friendly and hassle free. Then, completely unexpectedly, they sent me a 1KG Chateaubriand which I will now use to christen my KJ3 - pure class! I would definitely recommend as they certainly know how to treat their customers and I will be going back to them as a first port for my future bbq needs”

“Great service- as usual. I had previously bought a Classic Joe 3 from BBQLAND and this time bought a large roll of Butcher Paper. The paper arrived promptly and well packed. Great company for BBQ enthusiasts”

“I have purchased a Komodo Joe Classic III for my husband’s 60th birthday, so haven’t had the opportunity to see the bbq in action yet but am very happy with the service and delivery of the bbq and all the accessories. Also had some good telephone advice. The only downside...due to the size/weight of the product, there was absolutely no chance of keeping the item a secret!!!”

“Item arrived quickly and as described. Had an issue with payment to start with, but once the order was accepted all went smoothly. Customer service to sort out the issue with payment go through was prompt and helpful. Would order from BBQ Land again”
