“Ordered the ooni Freya bundle for what seemed a great price. It came promptly but the pizza peel was not in the box. I emailed and was told someone would check where it was but unfortunately 4 days later I haven't heard. Very disappointing customer service!”

“The lack of communication was shocking to be honest! Even if you do not have any updates from the supplier, the best thing to do is to respond to your customer to advise of this - it is much better than radio silence!”

“My BBQ was a good price and was delivered very quickly. Have not had to have any follow-up contact with BBQLand so can't comment on after-sales service but I have no reason to think it would be anything other than the positive experience I have had so far.”
