“i bought a 2000 bbq and spoke to the agent on the phone about having it delivered on my sons birthday - he said that was possible - the delivery people came two days before - ruined the surprise and left it on the side of the road in Peckham - Richard then sent a box of meat, very kind but after its sell by date and no name on it. really poor service. sorry but it is”

Unfortunately we failed to note the special delivery date request on this order, and we did apologise about that. This was a manual human error during a very busy week. All our meat packs are supplied fresh from our butcher, and have 3-5 days 'Use By' dates, and the meat can be frozen if necessary before that date.

“We bought a pizza oven from here after extensively researching and trying to figure out which was best. There are so many options and the prices vary greatly. They were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and the cost was competitive. We like to go local as much as possible which Hitchin is for us. The Oven (Ooni) is fantastic and we have yet to have a bad one! Thanks for your advice and would highly recommend BBQ Land.”
