“Not happy with this at all. I bought a KamadoJoe from this site - BBQLand emailed me to say it had been dispatched. ONE WEEK later I had to chase the delivery to see where it was. Then the delivery company phoned me late one afternoon to say it was "coming tomorrow", with a delivery slot of 9 to 5. "Ring us at 9am and we will let you know when we are delivering" the guy said. 0845 the next morning, they are there, unloading to kerbside only. The package is 130kg and needs at least two people to lift, this was not advised either. All round a very poor delivery service, with poor communications, and when I complained to BBQland they said "we'll pass this on to the courier." Basically, if they are proposing to use "the pallet network" for your delivery, I would consider using another supplier.”
