“I bought a FireBoard on Thursday I got a dispatch notice and tracking number a couple of hours later. It arrived well packed early Friday morning. Cant say fairer than that. I would recommend BBQland from my personal experience and will use them again.”

“Great service. The bundle I wanted had sold out so I called and immediately a similar bundle was put together and uploaded online so I could order. I ordered and it arrived a couple days later. Will order any future items from BBQland and recommend to all my friends”

“Bbq was advertised at £299 and I had a screen shot for it. I phoned to ask why it had gone up by £50, he told me to email him which I did with the screen shot. I called again the next day after having no response. The man I spoke to was rude and abrupt and said that it was advertised wrongly and I had to pay the full price. No customer service at all. Not impressed”

“Really thrilled that my big joe turned up not so happy that the catch that holds the lid hasn’t been fitted right and doesn’t work. Up to now BBQLAND have been great and hopefully it will be replaced soon. 😢”
