“Quite impressed with the size of the unit. Unfortunately the thermostat stopped working the first time I used the smoker and also the fire in the fire box kept extinguishing because the air vent wasn’t supplying enough air and I had to position an electric fan in front of it to get the fire going.”

“I ordered a Kamado Joe Clasic on a Wednesday late post work and they delivered it Friday in time for the weekend. Staff I spoke to on the phone were friendly and helpful. Delivery was via pallet (due to weight) and like all pallet deliveries tracking was shaky. Overall they were good and would use again.”

“Bought a Petromax Ft3 (already had the Ft6 wanted a smaller one just for 2 people) very quick delivery well packaged no damage etc. BBQLAND had the best price with the p&p that’s why I bought from them, but would buy from them again if the price was the best. I always research prices they vary so much for the exact same item.”

“I ordered online, and 2 hours later I collected all items. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Pizza oven was easy to assemble. The cooked pizzas were amazing. Would definitely recommend it.”
