“I will not be buying from you in the future if you insist on using that useless transport company PallEx.
Waited all day yesterday was lied to constantly over the delivery.
Having to wait again today,lost 2 days pay ,and might have to yet pay the fitter if they don't turn up.
If the later happens I will not be taking delivery and will require a full refund from yourselves along with my fitters charge.
