“We ordered a water softener to replace an old one. We needed something compact and efficient and the one supplied by Bathquest was perfect . It arrived well packaged and communication with the company and the carrier was extremely good . We are very pleased.”

“I cannot fault the purchase from Bathquest my only complaint would be the courier APC. Arranged my day around their promised schedule arrival only for them to not show up at all. I then received an e-mail telling me they were not coming and would deliver the following day so again I had to re-arrange for the following day.”
