“Excellent service and quick delivery Product great quality”

“I ordered the smaller version due to space where it needed to live but it still provides for very soft water but probably cleans the filters more often. For me it seems weekly but that'll be due to water useage. A little fiddily to connect and difficult to understand some of the instructions. But once understood, it seems a novel and good design if somewhat bulky. I knew they are too big to fit inside a standard cupboard depth and was able to compensate for that but it would be handy that the design should fit within a cupboard without having to adapt the cupboard.”

“Great order and receipt timeframe - sorry cant comment on how well the water softener performs as it is yet to be installed as part of a house overhaul. NOTE to ALL companies using these means of capturing feedback..... get your web provider to put in an additional option route in terms of answering - simple in my mind i.e logical flowchart ideology”

“I cannot fault the purchase from Bathquest my only complaint would be the courier APC. Arranged my day around their promised schedule arrival only for them to not show up at all. I then received an e-mail telling me they were not coming and would deliver the following day so again I had to re-arrange for the following day.”
