“Really pleased with the quality of the product. It arrived as expected - the illustrious taps feel sturdy and in my opinion look like a quality product. Minor issue with the tap label inserts that was resolved promptly and the team both at Bathquest and also Swaddling who manufacture the taps were both incredibly helpful and very easy to reach via telephone. Looking forward to the taps being installed now and assuming that all goes well, the four will become a five.”
