“Very helpful sales assistant. Friendly service. Order placed efficiently and altogether an easy purchase. Softener fitted outside - uses a battery rather than electricity. We didn’t want to use a kitchen cupboard. External casing bought separately from another supplier. Thank you.”

“Great communication and excellent customer service, not to mention the price, which was significantly cheaper than other suppliers. Our product was out of stock so they sourced it direct from the manufacture and even re-arranged our delivery to ensure we would be able to receive the product in time for our installers. 100% Recommend”
