“The main thing is, they had the part I wanted and at a good discount since the normal retail price is very high. Maybe a little more communication on progress of orders would be good as the part had to be ordered in, but otherwise a perfectly good service. Lead time was long due to Christmas and no fault of the supplier's though.”

“Quality of the products and service were both great. Only issue was that when I went to order fro the Basildon branch their systems were not working so I had to place the order with the Milton Keynes branch. Had an issue with one of the items and we could not return the item to Basildon branch,we had to return it to Milton Keynes because it was ordered through them. This was highly disappointing.”

“I bought a Monarch Master water softener. The price was competative and the service was good, they beven chased Monarch to make sure it was delivered to me in time and called me back. Good old fashioned service!”

“Delivery on time, brilliant. Very well organised. Unfortunately, even if it did day everything was there, it wasn't....missing inlet and outlet pipes. Rang. Told it never happens...it did... I must say however that the missing pipes came the day after so thank you. It is a shame that it was a bit of a waste of my plumber's time (for which I will have to pay). All sorted now and working.”

“I purchased a HiB bathroom cabinet which arrived with a smashed mirror (courtesy of DHL!). Initially Bathquest proposed sending me a replacement mirror door, which I was unhappy about owing to the amount of broken glass and splinters in the packaging. They subsequently agreed with HiB to send me a new cabinet. I would add that their price was highly competitive and I would have given five stars but for the hiccup over replacing the cabinet.”

“So far so good. Ordering slick. Item delivered on 7th day. Only critique, would have liked warning of delivery date. Fortunately as it was early morning I was still at home getting ready for work. Cabinet still to be installed - can review quality at a later date.”

“I have only rated with a four only for one reason otherwise everything was exceptionally good and would have deserved a five star. Because l was late ordering the item l missed out on next day delivery, which l understood completely, however because of the amount l spent l think l should have had some kind of correspondence confirming my order, just a quick email saying thanks for your order, would have been satisfactory, instead it was down to me to ring you up and confirm you had received the order.”
