“Great communication and excellent customer service, not to mention the price, which was significantly cheaper than other suppliers. Our product was out of stock so they sourced it direct from the manufacture and even re-arranged our delivery to ensure we would be able to receive the product in time for our installers. 100% Recommend”

Could you please contact us at sales@bathquest.co.uk as we only sell Monarch water softeners which come with a 7 year parts and 2 year labour warranty which if registered at the time of installation can arrange an engineer call-out to identify any product issue. We can contact Monarch on your behalf if required.
