Could you please contact us at sales@bathquest.co.uk as we only sell Monarch water softeners which come with a 7 year parts and 2 year labour warranty which if registered at the time of installation can arrange an engineer call-out to identify any product issue. We can contact Monarch on your behalf if required.

“Overall a very good experience with bathquest. I ordered a water softener and I did need to email the next day to ask about delivery as after reading their delivery page I was a little confused as to how fast or slow it would be, the email was answered quickly and my delivery was updated with the information required and it was delivered the next day using a 24hr service. Very good service received by them and the delivery company which I cannot remember the name was one you can track the driver so I was able to go out and not be afraid of missing the delivery. Would definitely use again.”
