“The main thing is, they had the part I wanted and at a good discount since the normal retail price is very high. Maybe a little more communication on progress of orders would be good as the part had to be ordered in, but otherwise a perfectly good service. Lead time was long due to Christmas and no fault of the supplier's though.”

“Excellent service. I ordered a shower but needed some information on delivery & payment options. Very helpful staff on the phone and my queries were sorted efficiently. “After an attempted online purchase of a water softener from Bathquest fell into error I phoned the company and was assisted in the purchase over the phone by a very helpful member of staff who explained the delivery process. Next day my new water softener was with me. The experience could not have been better all for a very competitive price. I would highly recommend Bathquest based on my experience.”
