“Overall a very good experience with bathquest. I ordered a water softener and I did need to email the next day to ask about delivery as after reading their delivery page I was a little confused as to how fast or slow it would be, the email was answered quickly and my delivery was updated with the information required and it was delivered the next day using a 24hr service. Very good service received by them and the delivery company which I cannot remember the name was one you can track the driver so I was able to go out and not be afraid of missing the delivery. Would definitely use again.”

“The main thing is, they had the part I wanted and at a good discount since the normal retail price is very high. Maybe a little more communication on progress of orders would be good as the part had to be ordered in, but otherwise a perfectly good service. Lead time was long due to Christmas and no fault of the supplier's though.”

“Excellent service. I ordered a shower but needed some information on delivery & payment options. Very helpful staff on the phone and my queries were sorted efficiently. Great communications as they followed up to ensure some details. The shower was a very competitive price too. The order arrived swiftly. I would definitely use this Company again.”
