“Ordering was quick and easy, I needed to contact customer services as the codes on the items delivered didn't marry up with the order, this made it impossible to check that the items delivered were the ones ordered, that said Ameena, the customer services representative, handled everything quickly and easily. The one issue we had was that the bath waste was damaged, again everything was handled smoothly but the replacement didn't arrive on the expected day which has meant an additional weeks delay as I had to put the plumber off. In a household with only one bathroom this caused a delay we could have done without.”
