“I ordered a full-size Hidersine Vivente cello for my daughter from Bass Bags on the 2nd of May and it was delivered just two days later by a very knowledgeable Bass Bags driver. Bass Bags kept me updated with the delivery time during the cello's journey and on arrival gave me some tuning advice. I opted for the luthier setup, so the bridge was expertly fitted and the cello was delivered ready to play. This is a great cello for a young student, my daughter loves the sound and it's given her more confidence for her exam. Bass bags are a class act, it was a stress-free purchase and I won't hesitate to buy from them again, Thank you Bass Bags!”

“The strings were shipped on 26/04 and have not yet arrived today (04/05). I wrote to Bass Bags and he hasn't responded yet. Bad service. I strongly advise against.”

Dear Andrea, I’m sorry your strings haven’t arrived yet and you think we offer bad service. We haven’t received an email that you say you’ve sent, I have also just checked our junk folder. We shipped the strings on the 24th of April to your Italian postal address. We also sent you tracking information in an email when we dispatched your order, so that you can track your order’s progress. I have just tracked your order and it is with the Italian postal service. We are a small family business and I take a negative review seriously and personally. Please email us at support@bassbags.co.uk if you require any further help.

“Always great service from bass bags! Ordered another set of supirior bass works delux double bass strings, in my opinion paired them with the Shadow Pro Double bass pre amp pick up, you will not get a better rockabilly bass sound, absolutely amazing, and easy to order and fast delivery 👌👍”

“Very good service. They were very helpful with advice on helping me decide what size cello. The setup of the cello, delivery and whole process was very good. I had to wait until they got the size from their supplier as it was a bit unusual, however they promptly answered my emails and kept me informed. Very happy with the cello outfit and their service.”

“I ordered online expecting it to take up to 5 days to be delivered. Instead it took 6 working days to dispatch my order, and then another 3 on top for delivery. Almost double the time stated on the website. The item I purchased is also not great quality. A bit of MDF painted to look like wood with a few holes drilled into it. I feel less confident about using Bass Bags in the future.”
