“I ordered a full-size Hidersine Vivente cello for my daughter from Bass Bags on the 2nd of May and it was delivered just two days later by a very knowledgeable Bass Bags driver. Bass Bags kept me updated with the delivery time during the cello's journey and on arrival gave me some tuning advice. I opted for the luthier setup, so the bridge was expertly fitted and the cello was delivered ready to play. This is a great cello for a young student, my daughter loves the sound and it's given her more confidence for her exam. Bass bags are a class act, it was a stress-free purchase and I won't hesitate to buy from them again, Thank you Bass Bags!”
