“I absolutely love this shop. Not only is it just as easy and quick to buy stuff online from them as it is Amazon or Ebay, but they also actually know what they are doing, what they are stocking, and I can be confident the equipment will have been stored and packaged appropriately. Also: we need businesses like this to survive and thrive, or well end up with just the likes of Amazon. I had a violin string crisis and needed new strings fast in order for them to settle before a gig. Bass Bags had exactly what I wanted, and got them to me in under 3 working days. Thank you so much.”

“If you aren’t in a rush with your purchase then that’s ok. Took 3 emails later to be given an explanation for the delay in delivery. Stock needed to be reordered, which is fair. Would be better if they could inform me earlier regarding this. So 3 stars for customer service. The strings are fab however! I don’t mind ordering again.”

“I ordered a case for a 16" viola. I was sent one for a 17" viola. The label and the invoice both say that the case is for a 16" I've but they are wrong. I have requested information on how to return the case; confirmation that all costs will be refunded; and confirmation that I will not be charged for a refund. I have been asked for photographic proof of the size of the case, which I was sent. I was also asked if I had checked my viola in the case to see if the size was right. Being a professional viola player, that feels true patronising - it's impossible to confuse sizes that are an inch apart because the difference is too large.”

“I made a purchase and received a confirmation dated 24th January stating it will be delivered within 5 working days. It is now 5th of February and I have yet to receive my order. I have made two enquiries to customer service and receive zero explanation. Very poor customer service. Could you please arrange for a refund or let me know how to escalate this.”
